Dr. Scholl's P.R.O. Pain Relief Orthotics for Lower Back - Men's

I am liking these for my back pain. I have tried many things to try to ease the pain but since putting these in my shoes they have worked wonders. I had to trim them a little to make a good fit inside. If you are suffering from back pain these are a must try. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I was skeptical at first, but after wearing the inserts in multiple pairs of shoes I can say I am a believer. Granted these are not custom orthotics, but these did actually help my back. And I have a BAD back. I recommend cutting them one size shorter than your actual shoe size to make putting them inside your shoes a bit easier. I'm not sure how long these are intended to last, but I will absolutely be replacing them when they wear out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The P.R.O. for lower back was perfect! I am constantly getting up from my desk and walking from one area to another at work and would go home with horrible back pain. Only one day using the Pain Relief Orthotics and I have had no lower back pain!!!

I have had lower back pain for years. Iv gone to numerous chiropractors and these insoles work better than anything I have ever tried. I can hike all day and expirence absolutely NO back pain. These seriously improved my life. I am so grateful I found this product. I will keep buying them and keep sharing my story with everyone that I come into contact with that also has lower back pain. Amazing for power walking--I haven't walked this intensely in a long while. But I wonder if it would be a better idea to make a flat heel crown instead of the rounded sphere structure they use; I do a lot of power walking which places pressure on the central areas of the heels and it does get uncomfortable in the central heel areas after a while. If it were less round (or flat) I think you'd get a little less back support but it would be easier on the heel. It might need some (massaging gel) padding at the forefront sole similar to the normal gel heel has just for massaging that area. Basically I'd like a spin off product; like the massaging gel sole but replace the heel component with a flat shock guard cushion similar to this one. Otherwise if you have dress shoes or tight fitting shoes this is very good and if you wanted more all around padding you could put a normal air pillow sole on top of this one as most shoes could easily handle the combo.
