If you have ever looked into probiotics for your child you know 5 strains of probiotics in 1 bottle is hard to come by and expensive! It is mixed with vegetable oil which may not sound ideal, but is what makes it so affordable. Lots of cheaper probiotics use peanut or soy oil making it not allergen free and risky to the baby since you don't know their allergies so early in life. There is a black line for dosage, if you read the instructions you will know it is 5 DROPS of product, the black line is the 5 drops equivalent. If you do your research probiotics HELP with stomach and irregularity issues, they are not the cure. My child never experienced constipation with this product and she didn't dislike the taste, in fact she loved it. I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this product and they seem to be more user error than an actual issue with the product.

I believe this product would be great for someone not nursing. Breastmilk already contains all the probiotics that are necessary, but some formulas are lacking in this department. I have found that these drops combined with formula will help keep baby regular. I think if you use with breastmilk you won't notice the difference. Comes with a convenient dropper for easy use.

What I like most about this product is that it has little to no taste, which makes it super easy to give to your child with no complains on their end. No fuss= happy mama!! I also like how it's allergen free, so you don't have to worry about your little ones having a reaction to it. Overall good product!

Probiotics are a very popular product in the health/holistic field right now, but there are limited options for infants, fortunately this seems to be a good one. This product appears to be of high quality as it comes in a dark glass container, with glass dropper. This helps to protect the bacteria from light damage or plastic chemical leakage. I appreciate the fact that it is allergen free as well. As you can see from the photo the bacterial medium does collect at the bottom so you will want to make sure you mix thoroughly before administration. Also, while it does provide a dropper I used that to place the drops onto a spoon, so that I didn't introduce saliva or any other mouth bacteria into the product bottle. (I received this product as part of a promotion in return for an honest and fair review.)

Mostly, I like that these are liquid, as I am used to breaking open encapsulated powders to mix into food (I have never used probiotics for a pre-solid-food baby as I nursed mine, and powders would have proven... difficult, lol). To really see a difference in your gut behavior, I believe you'd need to use these for a lot longer than this bottle lasts, especially if you are using it for both baby and mama, so I don't feel I can fairly speak to the effectiveness of them, but I do believe it's worth continuing.
