Echelon Connect EX-5s-22 Smart Bike, 22" Touchscreen, Bluetooth, 32 Resistance Levels

I love all the programs! I do wish there were a few more cooldown/stretch workouts. I absolutely love the bike! Sometimes but resistance will just turn down on its own thought. The instructors are amazing and so motivating. I work out 5/7 days a week sometimes more.

The bike itself, ex5s-22, I solid and well built. I did upgrade the seat. The real issues I have is with the UI and software. Having added a guest sign on under my membership to use the bike while they were I am unable to remove them. Trying through the app and live chat I was directed to the website. There and with another live chat I was told I was not able to remove them that their software was not able to do that. Another software feature I would like is to be able to preview classes. The only way to look at a class is by watching the whole thing. It would be nice to be able to skip forward to get a feel for it without watching the whole thing.

Got the bike in January 2021 and it it honestly got me through the Winter in the best shape going into Spring that I can remember. Hit 75 workouts today and so far the live and on demand classes have kept me engaged and looking forward to the next one. Mechanically, the bike has been almost flawless. Only issue is with the horizontal handlebar extension. Even tightened down as hard as I can get it, still wants to move forward during hard exersions.

I love everything about this bike. It arrived quick, easy set up and rides great. The variety of classes keeps you from getting stuck in a boring routine and the instructors are super motivating. I am very glad I chose this bike and so far I am happy with every aspect of it.

I love having a bike right in my own home with lots of different instructors and programs to choose from when I work out. I love the big touch screen and the easy to use program. I have had a few minor problems with the bike but customer service has been great helping me to work through and fix the issues so that I can enjoy my work out experience.
