Another bad purchase. Took forever to deliver. Another ticket for the junk I'm buying from what seems to be scam. They get your money and give you trash in exchange.
The product arrived broken and damaged. They are in lengthy correspondence, refusing to accept the product back to the store. I am contacting my bank's security service to cancel the transfer. These are scammers, be careful!
I was hesitant to buy this panel since the 160watt panel I previously purchased never worked, and I live in Nevada with more sun than the average person can stand! This 220 watt panel was worth every penny spent!! I live full time off grid with eco flow products as my main source of power. This panel has been able to keep my delta max charged ever since I plugged it in!! I'm purchasing another one as soon as I see it on sale! Best purchase I have made!! If you're wondering how good it is? I get 185- 200 watts in full sun and around 49-80 on cloudy days with little to no sun! This one is worth it
Bought 2 panels. Without much tweaking of angle was able to get 190w per panel, this is in central Florida in December. They are a bit bulky, but nothing too difficult. Some people may have issues with their size/weight.
To be clear, if I was basing this review solely on the energy efficiency of this panel it would be a solid 5 stars. I have several portable panels, and this one from EcoFlow is definitely the most efficient. I can, with reasonable effort, pull 190 plus watts with this, which is impressive. I do however have a few cons with this unit, which is why I only provided 4 stars. First, and to be honest I would not have removed a star for this, is that the unit is clunky to transport. The combination of weight and size makes this awkward to move around even with the carry bag, if you are planning to carry this more than a few yards at a time, you may want to look at other options. Second is connectors, the connector to the solar generator is an XT 60 which seems like a strange choice as it is not a common other than in the RC community. In addition, EcoFlow used MP4s for the solar connector. I know this is a common connecter in the solar industry, but it was never really designed for frequent connecting and disconnecting, which makes them awkward to work with in the field. I wish EcoFlow would go to a universal Powerpole connector. Third, the setup of the unit is somewhat awkward, using the case as the stand does allow flexibility to tilt the unit for optimal performance, but it is frustrating and time consuming to setup. Finally unfolding the unit just does not feel right, it is like bending a piece of plastic back and forth that feels like it will eventually break and does not want to lie flat.
