e.l.f. Essential Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil 7607 Twinkle Teal

The color is nice, and the sharpener in the cap is a great idea... except that the caps don't stay on the pencil. They're completely loose, and fall off, so I can't keep them in my makeup bag, and forget traveling with them. If it wasn't for the cheap, lousy cap, I'd rate these 5 stars.

I bought this when it was listed as "sale" I thought it was going away... I see it as a regular product now and I am very glad. It is the best Teal I have found. Did not want sparkle and it is not. And I love that it has the sharpener in the cap, very convenient. Smooth, easy to apply, stays put all day

The green and teal work wonderfully.  The Bronze one is more suttee than I expected but it's still a lovely shade. The purple one is where I was a bit disappointed, it's not very pigmented and very clumpy.  I love that the cap has a sharpener! Very useful.

I got this in teal and bronze and came back to get some more colors. Both are great but I love the teal's bold, bright color. I like to wear it as an upper lash liner with a neutral mineral eyeshadow (elf, of course- I like angelic and elegant) on the rest of my eyelid. It gives a nice subtle pop of color to go with an outfit or bring out colors in your eyes. I wear the liner/mineral shadow combo over elf's eyelid primer and it stays all day. Would love some new bright/bold colors... maybe a blue or an orange?

Hi. i bought this product i purple pink and white. I like that the glitter in the eye liner is not chunky. The white makes a very nice color for the inner corner of the eye. The pink is nice however it isnt too bright i like the purple though. the sharpener is very cool and convenient
