I really like this eye liner. Makes cat eyes so easy to do, the only issue I have is it does smudge by the end of the day. That being said, it is the easiest eye liner I have ever used!!!

i ordered 2 elf Coffee eyeliners, which has alway been been close to dark brown. but i received 2 elf eyeliners in Black but say coffee. not real happy with my order outcome.

I like that its Liquid with a very thin brush applicator. i use the brown because Im blonde. Great quality for the price! Compared to high priced make ip this is just as good quality. Lasts long. I like it and re order when necessary.
