you know I really hate to give this such a low score, as I enjoy all the neat options it has but the door broke. there is a bar that holds the door in place and I do not know what it is exactly, but the weld or bar stop broke inside the left side wall. the little gold ring is gone and I must be very careful when opening and closing the door as the bar falls out of its hole. luckily the door brace is on the left side.
I give this a 5 star rating because the concept is so great... room for a 12" plate inside and a griddle on top! Actually, I never got to see the unit, because it was stolen from me by my niece, Sheri Cook, and her boyfriend, "Brother". Honestly, I never saw it coming.
Cooked first meal and the kids compared it to a five star restaurant. I actually used one of the recipes in the book provided. I only wish it had a light on the inside and a display to tell you what the actual temperature is not just what you set it to. Other than that it is great!
Definitely love my toaster oven! Wasn't the same color as shown, it came with gray on the sides so it's not all black but so far I'm content. Altho haven't tried everything yet (rotisserie & others) Might need to be a bit careful with temperature settings cause it's different from a regular gas oven, heat is more intense especially considering it's smaller than an oven. Maybe start low til u become familiar to avoid over cooking & burning...overall, great buy
I would like better instructions for the screws installing. Otherwise I have no regrets on my purchase..My daughter is planning to purchase one. Delivery was right on time....its one of the best purchases I have made....
