I wasn't sure when I got it that it was going to help. But I must say now that I have found placement and settings. I love it. It has helped so much when a private summer kicks in. I figured out when to activate to get the best results. I love the cooling feature for nights and when we were at an outdoor event and not having to constantly starting it. I have encouraged several others to try it out. The trial period Ember offers makes it worth trying.

I've bought 6 Embr Waves for myself and other friends and family. I definitely believed my sanity was saved from the first night I wore it. The only complaint I have is that the battery cannot be replaced and I end up buying more since I have permanent hot flashes

Best money I have ever spent! I bought one of these about 10 years ago. It finally failed and I told myself I didn't need another one. I was wrong . When my new one came I slept like a baby and was so glad I got another one! My only complaint is the glowing light is pretty bright at night time.

I was excited to receive this product thinking that it would resolve my hot flashes issue during my sleeping time. Setup of this product is quite simple. I set up both buttons for cooling, as I don't need the heating. I used the 9-hr cooling for sleeping. I tried it night after night but not able to get the relief from it. Though the product sent out the cooling waves, but it doesn't give me the coolness I needed. After 2 wks trying it out, I gave up. I'm returning this product. As much as I'm looking for something like this to give me relief, this product isn't for me. One other note: I didn't use it during the daytime as I didn't need it.

I have been using my device for around 3 weeks now but I found it to be effective from the very first time I put it on. I have only used the cooling feature so far as I suffer with hot flashes and it makes a significant difference. I don't think it works in extremities but it doesn't claim to keep you cool in all circumstances, so you might also need a fan on a very hot day. However, it definitely helps to minimise/eradicate my flushes during the day and night, even on a warm and sunny day. I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone suffering with menopausal heat! Ps do follow the instructions and place it slightly higher than your wrist.
