Air conditioner drips water onto windowsill. Unit has "feet" on bottom preventing it from sitting flush with windowsill %26 making a BIG space between sill and ac. Would give ZERO stars but unable
Perfect size and seemed to be good quality, but once installed and plugged in it wouldn't come on. Used the owners manual to troubleshoot the problem and none were applicable as to why it wouldn't come on. Very greatly disappointed. With this extremely hot weather, it was really a necessity to have air conditioning. Hated to have to return it but so far so good. Hoping I will be promptly reimbursed for this expense.
Came from the US in an ok time, was in great shipping shape. Put it in the window right away. With this heat we turned it on and has been on since and works great. Going to be buying a bigger one for the living room next year for sure.
I've had this unit for approximately 10 days now. It has been doing well up until last night when it started making a rumbling noise. I've figured out that it is having trouble going from cool to fan when the temp has been reached. Or on ECO trouble shutting down. This is a concern and hopefully it will be one of those things that will work itself out. I'm not happy about this. I'm torn between recomending or not, so I just put no. Though that could change if it straightens out.
Customer service seems non existent, sadly! Have called several times and sent messages as well. Remote is defective and needs replacing. I'm elderly and disabled. In order for it to work, you have to be directly in front of unit and aim it. Also displayed temperature is faulty.
