Ensure Plus nutrition shakes helped my body recover from Cancer treatments Chemo and Radiation. Having Large B Cell non Hodgkins Lymphoma the chemo reduced my body mass by 45% in 3 months so instead of 185 lbs at 6'2" I weighed 105 lbs. im now back up to a tolerable 160 lbs and use 1 or 2 bottles of Ensure Plus to supplement my meals heavy in proteins and carbohydrates. I do prefer tge Vanilla but Chocolate gets substituted once in awhile. i do wish the 24 packs were available for delivery from store instead of by shipping but the shipping drivers need to pay attention and leave packages at side porch door in shade not at front door in blazing heat of Arizona sun. Also dont leave packages at front doirs in plain sight of thieves on street, its just plain stupid to do so.

Excellent for nights when I don't feel like eating dinner. Very tasty and like a treat in a way. This is not an energy drink, so there isn't an energy boost. It does have lots of good nutrients and fiber. That's what makes it a good little meal replacement when my stomach doesn't feel like it wants a full meal.

I don't like how many ingredients are in it and what they are but that's on me.I have trouble with many ingredients But if your doctor says you can't eat regular food and you have to substitute with this. it's mighty expensive. but if it's what you need because the doctor told you that it is a good resource If you can eat food then I don't recommend. and it all comes down to the myriad of ingredients I have learned to read and understand. it is always a personal choice

I paid for a 6 pk of butter pecan ensure but only received 5 of them. The package was delayed and the 5 butter pecan ensure was put in a very large plastic bag. This has nevered happened before.

I've always really loved ensure. my mamaw used to drink it when i was little and i remember always getting some of hers when they were in cans! i get them now just so i have something i can drink and still get nutrients i need when i don't have the appetite to eat anything. sometimes I'll just drink one as a snack! i think they are delicious! the vanilla flavor. haven't tried other flavors.
