I have been having weight issues all my life. I am always on the go and would only eat breakfast and dinner. My sister introduced me to the regular ensure, and it really didn't do much. However, when they started receiving the butter pecan plus flavor, I started drinking it. I tell you know lie, within weeks, I started gaining weight. However, I had to train my body something I've never done before as well. I eat breakfast, and since my body do not hold weight I would drink the ensure 2 -3 hours after eating my breakfast.
