I simply add a packet to 16 ounces of water, stir to dissolve, and take small frequent sips every 15 minutes. I think it works more quickly than my usual electrolyte hydration product. As I have infusions every 8 weeks, so I need to be hydrated. This really seems to help, I can tell a difference after my infusion, as I need to be really hydrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a fairly strenuous workout on the bike, I tend to be dehydrated as I find it difficult to drink while I'm working out. Recovery with fluids is essential and I started using Ensure Rapid Hydration for that part of my recovery. Found that the taste was good, calories are minimal and my recovery seem to go a little bit quicker. I now keep this as part of my recovery after I work out or anytime I feel dehydrated and want something to get me back on my feet quicker.

I like the Berry flavor but keep in mind that it is not an intense flavor, but rather a light Berry flavor. I now carry a packet in my handbag so I can add it to water whenever I need to recover from exercising or working. Definitely recommend!!
