I simply add a packet to 16 ounces of water, stir to dissolve, and take small frequent sips every 15 minutes. I think it works more quickly than my usual electrolyte hydration product. I like the taste of Strawberry Chill flavor. Berry Freeze flavor is also available. It tastes best served cold. This product is such a boost for me when I'm sweating hard and doing lawn mowing and other strenuous activities in the outdoor heat. This is because it helps keep you hydrated and helps you recover faster from heat exposure. In my experience, the older I get, the more I appreciate using electrolyte hydration. Ensure Rapid Hydration electrolyte powder is designed for rapid effective hydration due to occasional dehydration from travel, vomiting and diarrhea, heat exposure, and insufficient fluid intake. It also includes prebiotics for digestive health and electrolytes for proper hydration. I highly recommend this product.

Recovery with fluids is essential and I started using Ensure Rapid Hydration for that part of my recovery. Found that the taste was good, calories are minimal and my recovery seem to go a little bit quicker. I now keep this as part of my recovery after I work out or anytime I feel dehydrated and want something to get me back on my feet quicker.
