The soft gel capsule is small and easy to swallow, I didn't notice any weird aftertaste, it didn't upset my stomach, and it fit in nicely with my multi vitamin and other supplements I take daily. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My spouse and I have been taking these supplements for about 3 weeks. The benefits of CoQ10 can take up to 8 weeks. As of yet, I haven't experienced any noticeable benefits. CoQ10 is supposed to reduce migraine frequency, so I hope it will help that in the future as well as the many other benefits that you can read about. My spouse has noticed a slight improvement with his nasal congestion from allergic rhinitis. Neither of us has noticed any side effects. They have been easy on our stomachs and haven't caused any issues. The soft gels are very small and easy to swallow, but I hate that they are made with gelatin. Please make these with a vegetable capsule of some sort. Both my spouse and I will continue to take these.

Just a great product. Will def continue to use. They are a bit pricey, but CoQ10 in general is always a bit pricey. No complaints here.
