The spray works great for my sinus headaches. I've bought these twice and they are definitely my go to for my headaches.

This nasal spray really works good. It's just like the name brand only much less expensive. Same no drip formula and a very good spray nozzle as the name brand only much less.expensive.

This stuff is like snorting rocket fuel. The burn is worth it for me, as I have nasal polyps and thus, chronic blocked sinuses. It really is clears out the blockage. The downside is that you can't use it for more than 3 days in a row or you'll get serious rebound. It really will cripple you if you use it too much, so I use it once a day for two days, take 2-3 off and start again. Some relief is better than none.

I wouldn't use it long term lest you become 'addicted' to it for a clear nose... BUT! If you're sick, having a hard time breathing etc... then this product works as well as the name brand versions! If I have a long term illness I will start adding water to container to 'cut' the strength a bit. (Use your own judgement!) That way as a few sick days/weeks go by... my nose doesn't end up like the Sahara in mid-summer. With out any 'modifications', product does exactly what you want it to do.

I have sinus problems and allergies. I occasionally need a decongestant spray to open my nasal passage when I cannot breathe through my nose. This will deliver a metered dosage of medicine and since it is a mist it goes up your nose---not running out of the nose like regular sprays do.
