Nasal spray containing Phenylephrine HCL is the only type that works for me. Any other active ingredient seems to aggravate my congestion further. Equate brand helps keep the cost down.

A lifesaver when my allergies are bad and when I have a cold. My wife was also told by her doctor to use it just before getting on a plane. I helps prevent her ears from getting clogged really bad during the flight.

it seems I am always missing an item or receiving an item for another customer. sometimes I am contacted and sometimes not about substitution questions. I know times are hard and hiring employees you can't always get the best ones I get it. I don't know if it's possible if orders can be double checked by somebody else before delivery or shipping, you probably don't have enough people for that it would also help if you could employ some Americans that can speak proper English when I call the helpline. they are very nice and try to do a good job but it can be a chore for me to understand them. the last shipping item that I received was left downstairs on the bottom floor of my apartment. I am disabled and stay inside my apartment all the time. the only time I have to get out I have to have somebody help me down the stairs. so I had to go downstairs to pick up this huge box and lug it upstairs, I almost fell down the stairs. this is unacceptable. all of my deliveries and shipping should be delivered in front of my apartment door! thanks for listening

This is a fantastic product! It works almost immediately. No stinging when you spray it. I have used other products when others shopped for me. Not only did they run out quickly, they stung so badly it was hard to use them. Also they seemed to run out quickly.
