Made me throw up both times I tried it. Dry-too big for me to swallow got stuck in my throat. With water-easier to swallow but still vomited a few minutes after. Its a no for me.

I like that this multivitamin great quality at low cost. The serving size is only one pill instead of two or three like some other brands. I wanted a vitamin with zinc and iron and this one has both. The iron has not caused stomach upset. I would recommend this to any woman looking for a multivitamin.

Really like these vitamins I have tried many and some others are great too but I like these because I only have to take 1 and I don't have to worry about any side effects or anything like getting too much vitamins in my body and I trust Equate brand and I like that they are not expensive some other brands get pricey and I imagine Equate is probably a generic brand to the more pricey ones

After using other brands of multivitamins that were more expensive, I decided to go back to using the Equate brand, which is less than half the price of others. in my opinion, they are just as good as the more expensive brands. and my labs have remained consistent.

I'm a retired healthcare professional and have taken these for years. Studies seem to show mixed results as to whether or not multivitamins are really beneficial but I am in my 60's, very active and energetic, feel much younger than my age, take care of rescue pets, babysit grandchildren, etc. My blood work is usually within normal limits and other than a Vitamin D3 capsule, this is the only med I take everyday - I'm happy!
