Evenflo Easy Walk Thru Baby Child and Pet Safety Doorway & Stairs Gate, White

Works well. Very sturdy. Instructions are clear for initial installation. But when you take it out of doorway and re install it, it can be tricky. Instructions don't address that. And I do want it out of the doorway when little kids aren't here as bar across bottom is easily tripped over. Will probably get easier to re install the more times I do it!

I love that this gate is easy to open that my 6 year old can go up and down stairs with out needed help to open the gate and even tho it's not screwed in to the wall it a good tight fit my husband pulled on it and it didn't budge from where it was installed I just wish it could fit in wider door ways I still have to use my old baby gate (thats hard to open and close) on my kitchen because the door way is to wide

Terrible! I went in for shoulder surgery and with a walking 10 month old I need gates to help me care for my child while only have one arm. I finally after searching for a gate for weeks seen this online ordered it and when I finally received it it did not fit my 34" door. Very disappointed.

Just got two of these for my 16 month old and they work great only thing i don't like is clicking the latch part each time, they should have made that u can slam it shut, if i have an arm full of laundry i have to put it down to work the gate and get it to click in properly.

This is a very nice gate but beware it does not include hardware for the top of the stairs. It is pressure mounted only! I purchased this because my 3 year old and 1 year old share a room upstairs. My 3 year old needed to be able to open the gate to use the restroom in the middle of the night and when I first got the gate I was a bit worried she wouldnt be able to do it. After a day of practice she is able to open and close the gate and my 1 year old can not. The lock is a "press down and slide" feature and the gate swings open both ways. Both kids have tested its strength by pulling on it and hanging on the gate when mom isnt looking but the gate has not even come loose. No complaints yet.
