Faux-Suede Button Headboard, Multiple Colors

I just graduated from college and into my own place, so right now I'm working with high standards on a low budget. This was PERFECT for my needs. I looked at dozens of headboards and platform beds online, trying to find a way to add some style to my plain mattress and frame without spending too much. I finally decided on this headboard because of the many positive reviews I read, and let me say, I am SO happy that I did! It came in three pieces, all I had to do was attach each leg to the headboard- took me only minutes to do by myself. I didn't feel the need to attach it to my frame, which would have been easy to do, but once you push the bed up against it, it doesn't move at all. I think even if I did have thousands of dollars to spend on a headboard, I would probably still go with this one- it's sturdy, soft, and looks like it's worth so much more than I paid for it! My only suggestion is that if you get it shipped to the store, bring someone with you to help you carry it.. it's not terribly heavy but it's awkward to maneuver alone. I just spent the extra 30 bucks and had it delivered to my door. But regardless of how you have it delivered, I highly suggest you purchase this headboard!!

The delivery was great. The item was in good condition, easy to put together. But, if you order white....be prepared for a true white, a very bright white. I have soft white touches in my room. Shabby chic distressed white dressers, soft white cloth blinds, and a patterned comforter with some white in it. This headboard was so bright white, that it made my other "white items" appear dingy...it was even whiter than my crown molding / trim paint. It just stood out in my room, but not in a good way. I was looking for a headboard that would tie together my room, and create a nice focal point and finishing touch. So I will continue my search for an off-white color headboard.....

This headboard is GREAT. I wanted something affordable and upholstered that would not add a lot of bulk or length to the bed and this is perfect. It's relatively light weight- I was able to carry it up to the apartment by myself- the fabric is really soft and I am very pleased with the Khaki color. Its a nice, medium brown khaki- stands off of a white wall, but still contrasts with dark furniture. In the picture below I've just propped the headboard up, so, I can't speak to installation just yet. I'm moving soon and would rather wait till I am in the new house, but it looks pretty straight forward. Definitely a great purchase, looks much more expensive than it was. Buy it!

I purchased this from wal mart.com and it took up to two weeks to receive it, not a big deal for me. My husband and I put it together easily, just a few bolts and screws. I would recommend that you attach it to the wall, without that. I get headboard/wall noise when climbing in or out of bed. The white is a true white, not off white or dirty looking. The fabric looks expensive and is very comfortable to lean against. It feels more like a real suede then a microfabric. This item can be mounted high up the wall, so it has a upscale look to it more so then anything I had seen in the furniture stores. I was able to paint my furniture and do a bedroom remodel for under $300 including bedding. It is a steal, 5 stars.

Overall I am happy with this but if I did not have a "handyman" husband I would of returned the product. He had to shorten the metal legs (cut off) to get the overall look I wanted (the headboard was too tall even at the lowest level). Since headboard legs did not fit the bed he used drywall anchors to attached the headboard to the wall behind the bed.
