Fellowes Powershred PS-77Cs Confetti Cut Shredder

For the price, it is an excellent buy. The shredding capacity and capability are good. It shreds mostly everything in the office that one would want to shred including cds and credit cards. With the Fellowes name behind it, the price and performance. It is a great buy!

When I opened the box, I was stunned how great the shredder looked. I figured right then that I had made the right choice for my home. It's quality shows right away. After shredding four years of old tax returns that included all backup papers and cancelled checks, I knew knew for sure that my money was well spent! It does get over heated when used continueously, but by shutting off and cooling it is keeping itself in perfect working order. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased the PS-77cs after my old shredder would not turn off. So far, it has shown to be a powerful shredder, easy to empty and very difficult to jam. It is extremely quiet. I have been shredding old tax documents and it has shredded the documents in a lot less time than my old shredder. This is a very positive purchase for me. I would recommend this shredder to everybody.

I purchased this shredder (PS-77Cs) because my daughter has the exact model. I borrowed hers for a day as my other shredder died and used it the entire day. Mine arrived today and I am using it and loving it. I'm happy with the amount of papers it shreds at once, the low noise level and it doesn't seem to jam like my previous brand of shredder. I would recommend this product!

I have owned this shredder for over 3 years and have put it through a LOT of use! When I bought this shredder my wife and I had both accumulated an enormous amount of documents that needed shredding and two consecutive nights in a row we fed box after box full of documents through this machine! Since that time I have kept this shredder fed with probably about two full shred bin's full each month. The one thing I will swear by is shredder oil! I am positively sure to oil the cutters 1-2 times per month and I know that it helps. Shredder motors are always what wear out and oiling the cutting head relieves a lot of stress on your motor. I don't think I will have to replace it anytime soon but when I do it will definitely be with a new Fellowes of the same caliber!
