Use edge kote with projects edges have to be burnished(sealed) and not laced, and its also great for the backs of leather. It should be applied with a piece of felt or a wool dauber before the burnishing because afterwards the edges will not be able to absorb the dye. Clean the applicators with soapy water afterwards.
