Fitbit - Versa 3 Health & Fitness Smartwatch - Soft Gold

My fit bit broke and only 3 months old. I have never had one that didn't last for at least a year .

I have only had the Fitbit Versa 3 a short time and the wristband has broke off, it is impossible to reattach as it just has this cheap plastic bar that attaches to the Fitbit and it is cracked, my other bands had the little pins that you could reattach it fairly easy

I purchased a new Versa 3 at the original price and received a used Versa 3 with a ripped box, the watch was thrown in the box, it was dirty, scratches and the charger was loose in the box!

I bought the fitbit Versa 3 about 15 days ago after purchasing and returning the Fitbit Sense that didn't work well with my Samsung Galaxy S22 phone ( it never stays connected to the phone) However, I'm having similar problem with the Versa 3 it does connect but it's not staying connected to the phone all day. Every day, I have to restart the phone in order for it to reconnect again. I've spoken to Samsung support several times, and it will work for a while, but for some reason, it won't reconnected to the phone when I step away from the phone and return back to the phone . I had a Versa 2 that worked perfectly with the phone for about 2 years until it started to malfunction and stopped working altogether, so I decided to upgrade to the Versa 3.

I had a Versa 2 fitbit and loved it. The battery was worn out so I thought I would upgrade to the Versa 3. From day 1 the watch has not stayed connected to the app. The help line has you delete the app and reinstall then it will connect but only for a day. While trying to find the fix, it became apparent that it is a piece of junk, as 99% of the issues are all concerning connectivity. DON'T BUY IT!
