The capsules are a little on the larger side, so drink plenty of water. I feel the effects of the enhanced focus for hours after taking the supplement. Overall, a great product!

This is exactly what I've been looking for and love that it doesn't make you jittery like coffee or make you go through a slump right after it just helped me keep a steady flow of focus throughout the day without having severe ups and downs! I was very skeptical at first, but after taking it for a couple of weeks I have bought another bottle to have on hand right away and it just really helps me throughout the day. Highly recommend it if you want to overall have a better focus and a clearer mind throughout the day! Just for your information, the tablets are a little big, so I started with two and took them twice a day before taking them all at once in the morning with my breakfast!

With a busy schedule as a mom, being able to focus makes for great success in my day. & over the course of taking this supplement I have noticed huge shift being able to focus on my daily tasks.

I truly have no issues falling asleep, but often wake up quite restless as I wake up in and out. My partner on the other hand has great difficulty falling asleep. For me, these allowed a peaceful nights rest, and truthfully can say that I felt much more at ease in the morning than usual. My partner however didn't seem to find much benefit from the gummies. They also have a nice flavor to them!

It was the perfect "pick-me-up" I needed in the afternoon, rather than drinking more coffee or an energy drink. I started taking 2 around 1pm when my energy and focus levels are depleted. I have noticed an improvement on my ability to stay focus on tasks and not get overwhelmed. I usually have numerous ideas/tasks that I try to tackle all at once but this has helped me stay focused and finish tasks.
