Foodstirs Baking Mix, Blondie Snickerdoodle, 11.95 Oz

This honestly is the best organic dessert I have had. We made these for Thanksgiving, and they were gone that night! Also important to point out how easy it was to make the dessert. The ingredients were already in my pantry/refrigerator, and it took no time at all to mix everything together...not to mention it came with the cinnamon sugar topping, which was awesome. The finished product was amazing. The brownie was in a perfect, chewy consistency and was so tasty! I will definitely be purchasing this for our next dessert night.

The mix was easy to make and the only ingredients I needed were eggs and butter. The finished product was fine, a very strong cinnamon/sugar taste. I would have preferred the bars to have a more cookie like texture. Overall I would say the product was average.

I'm really glad that I got to try Snickerdoodle Blondie Dry Baking Mix because it is my family's new favorite. We simply fell in love with the flavor. I like how it is 25% less sugar and the how the cinnamon topping is included inside the box. I'm a flexitarian so at times I enjoy a nice vegan recipe so when I seen on the box the wording, Bake Vegan for Baking Alternatives, I immediately went to the website to get the vegan recipe for this mix. I used applesauce instead of egg, coconut oil instead of butter and I used oat milk instead of dairy milk and it came out delicious. I actually liked how they came and were not dry at all. I can't wait to make these again.

I really like that Snickerdoodle is healthier than other brands and tastes so delicious. The instructions were so easy to follow. It only took minutes to mixed the ingredients together and begin baking. As my Snickerdoodle began baking my kitchen was filled with a delicious aroma. It tastes so amazing! I love ever warm and fluffy bite. The cinnamon tops it off!

The sugar and cinnamon package wasn't sealed all the way so there was cinnamon and sugar sprinkling out of the box. It was pretty easy to mix up and very thick. I lined my pan with parchment paper for easy clean up. It took some work to spread it out because of how thick it was. I baked it for the most amount of time on the box because our oven door is slightly a jar when closed. We let them cool down and then my daughter cut them with a pizza cutter she said that is the only thing that she will use to cut brownies from now on... Lol. Between my daughter my husband and myself we ate them all in one night they were so good! I would definitely recommend
