I've used brands in the past that were much smaller and filled with tiny beads that ended up all over after a tiny hole formed in them. These are gel filled and a very generous size to make them usable by everyone. They are soft and perfect for a new mom, or a mom trying to keep mastitis at bay or in the thick of fighting it.
