Frida Mom Prepare-to-Push Perineal Massage Wand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had my baby and it was the easiest thing ever! It was all due to me using this wand before I gave birth. I used it according to the instructions and once I had my baby I definitely felt the results. It is a easy material to keep clean and is quite durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so great for preparing to push! I really wanted to try this as I wanted to try everything I possibly could to not tear. The handle is great and does not feel awkward at all. The mirror it comes with is extremely helpful. It is easy to clean after use so it’s quick to store back in the box. This did not only help me before labor it has also helped me after delivery and exercising the area. I did end up tearing but It was a small tear and I was able to recover quickly. I love that I am able to use this even after delivery to help with any scar tissue.

I love that the box has a little mirror so it’s easy to use the item. Unfortunately, I ended up going into labor 3 weeks early and was not able to use this product but I will definitely keep it for my next pregnancy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this product because I have absolutely LOVED everything by Frida baby and Frida mom. This was no exception. I used this towards the end of my pregnancy and I do honest feel like it helped loosen everything up and make delivery a lot easier! I didn’t tear and this was my first birth.. so I honestly do believe it helped! I did have to get my husband to help because I was unable to reach to do it myself.
