This wand is very ergonomic in your hand as it is weighted and allows for relatively easy access in order to massage.

I used this towards the end of my pregnancy and I do honest feel like it helped loosen everything up and make delivery a lot easier! I didn’t tear and this was my first birth.. so I honestly do believe it helped! I did have to get my husband to help because I was unable to reach to do it myself.
