Garmin Vivofit Jr 2 - Star Wars

My son received this as a Christmas gift and was so disappointed that it's not working properly. I set everything up using the Garmin Jr App, and the steps won't accrue. We have spent the last 3 hours trying to troubleshoot but nothing is working. One very disappointed little boy.

This is the third Vivofit Jr. 2 that I have purchased. The features are great, the pedometer is accurate, and it has encouraged my kids to be more active. We occasionally have trouble syncing (have to unpair/pair). The one major downfall is the quality of the bracelet. They are poor quality and do not last very long at all (we previously had the Minnie Mouse style). Additionally, the replacement bracelets are difficult to find and expensive. Hoping that this princess style bracelet is better quality.

My daughter received this for christmas and we can't seem to get it to work. We have tried repeated times to read the instruction manual and follow it. I have got the app on my phone, but it is not pairing with the app. I would have loved to put a glowing report, but unfortunately I can't, at least at this time.

My son has been using this product for about a week. We chose it specifically for tracking his sleep. It was an added bonus to have a chore chart too! He loves wearing it and says it’s light and comfortable, stays on nicely. I wish more information was provided about the actual game. It’s just there to figure out as you go.

I bought this for my 4 year old for her Easter basket and she loves it. It fits her wrist fairly well. She has had room to grow in it. I do think the screen isn’t very bright and hard to see at time. It would be nice if you could adjust the brightness of the screen.
