Garmin - vívomove Style Hybrid Smartwatch 30mm Aluminum - Graphite With Black Pepper Woven Nylon Band

I've had the Garmin Vivomove Style watch now for about a month and I love it. I've never cared for the look of most smart watches. This watch has the classic traditional style watch but functions as a smart watch with helpful features like tracking heart rate, steps, stress, sleep, weather, text messages, phone call alerts and several other neat features. In addition, the watch is super light but yet feels like quality materials. The nylon band on my watch is called "black pepper" and is very comfortable and feels like it will wear for a long time. I am also getting several days of usage without charging the watch even with many of the features being turned on all the time. I love this watch!

I bought this to replace my old Vivomove HR for which the display was becoming faulty. So far, the battery life is better and it is great to have a smartwatch that is actually decent. My main issue is the colour - I bought the Rose Gold but the colour is moreso just a metallic pink which means that my Milanese that I bought to go with my old Rose Gold Vivomove HR no longer matches (see attached pictures regarding the difference between what is advertised, the product and my old HR the colour of which is much closer to what I was expecting and was advertised). Additionally, the screen display could be a little more responsive.

I bought the watch because of its simple style and features. I wanted a smartwatch that looks more like a watch than a fitness trainer. I was attracted to the hybrid analog and digital design. I waited a month before I wrote this review, and I would say I would buy this watch again. Although simple, I keep discovering more features and functions. Tracks far more activities than I knew. Within the month all of a sudden sleep data disappeared. I contacted customer service. They were aware of the problem and within a couple days they released a new software version which fixed the problem. On the could use improvement side the watchband is not as braided as it appears in the images. I wish the tips of the hands glowed in the dark. And the amoled display could even be brighter in the daylight.

I've been using it almost a week and I like very much the appearance of the watch. It is very beautiful and stylish and same time it has all the features I need. It is my first Garmin and I think I won't be the last. The one con is the strap, it looks very beautiful but it is not very comfortable. It tends to make your hand itch, after a bath or shower when the skin is softer I feel the strap a lot and makes my hand itch. This is the one thing I don't understand how this strap got onto the real product. Garmin should replace these even for the sold watches.

Very sleek and stylish. Bought this for my partner who is a beginner with smart watches. Most people do not realize this is a smart watch until you show off its features. You can buy additional bands, however I wish it came standard with a color matching band instead of the white silicon ban. Overall, this is a great all purpose smart watch.
