GE Profile - 24.5 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Built-In Smart Refrigerator with External Water & Ice Dispenser - Stainless steel

Something on the freezer side is making a horrific loud buzzing noise! We've replaced the ice maker twice and the fan has been adjusted a few times. Just got a new ice maker last Monday and it's so loud today I can't even sit on the kitchen!

Awful since day one. Purchased in beginning of 2020 to replace a GE Monogram fridge that stopped cooling. This was the only brand that would fit in the space so we purchased it having no other options. 6 months in and started having trouble. They ended up delivering a new fridge since they were not able to get parts. One month later the fans on the replacement fridge started acting up. We called for service, they came out did a few adjustments, same thing happened multiple times. The noise the fridge made at times was so bad no one could stay in the kitchen area. Its groaning, leaking and loud and on the 4th of July this year the whole thing stopped cooling all together. For the high price tag of this fridge the expectations is to last longer then 3 years.

If you have recently used the water dispenser and then open/close the freezer door, it will drip. Somehow it seems like the inside of this fridge is smaller than other 42" units. You need to open the door 100% of the way to get the drawers to open a reasonable amount. It will make odd noises sometimes.

I bought this fridge in March 2021. It lasted 3 weeks before it died. After numerous attempts to fix it, GE replaced the fridge. My second fridge lasted 11 months, before it died in May 2022. The repair guys replaced every part imaginable in probably 6-8 visits. This is a terrible product. I want my money back!!!
