GE Profile - 7.4 Cu. Ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Sanitize Cycle and Sensor Dry - White

What a terrible dryer, the dryer sensing feature on all the cycles, except timed dry, does not work. I am constantly finding my clothes wet when it says the cycle is complete and having to finish it on timed dry or trying another cycle. I also get a reoccurring blocked vent error code, I live in a new house, have cleaned the vents, vacuumed out the lint duct in the dryer and checked the connection from the dryer to the exhaust vent that goes outside with no obstructions. This is by far the worst dryer I have owned and it is less than a year old. This may say it's energy efficient, but if you're having to run it multiple times on one load of laundry, is it really saving any electricity?

I've had my GE dryer for a few months now, and I've been really happy with it. It dries clothes quickly and evenly, and the drum has a good amount of space for larger loads like bedding or towels. The controls are easy to use, and there are a lot of cycle options depending on what you're drying. It runs pretty quietly, which I really appreciate, and the lint trap is simple to clean. I haven't used the smart features much (like the app), but it's cool that they're there if I want to. Overall, it's been a reliable and efficient machine. If you're looking for a dryer that gets the job done without any headaches, I'd definitely recommend checking out GE.

I have only had the dryer for a few weeks but so far so good. It dries quickly and efficiently, has many options for different types of loads and also and has some wifi capabilities. It is very quiet and clothes come out fluffy and wrinkle free. I dried a queen size comforter using the bulky cycle and it came out perfectly. Large and small loads are easily and quickly dried!

Generally, I love my new dryer, however, I don't like the fact that every time I turn it on, I have to turn the dial back to my setting that I prefer to use. Also, I'm disappointed that I do not hear a buzzer when my dryer has finished a load. The tone that comes out of the dryer is a joke. You can barely hear it when you're standing right in front of the dryer, let alone if you're in another room with the TV on!
