My daughter loves it. Gift for her
Had to replace our old one. Our refrigerator does not have an ice maker but this ice is SO MUCH BETTER!
I bought this ice maker because of name recognition thinking that such a reputable company would make better products, especially with such a high cost. I was wrong. Within 2 weeks it stopped making ice, at this time I was thinking it was the expensive water filters we bought to go with the product so we changed it back to the little one it came with. One month later it stopped working again. Ok, used expensive descaling products and did a deep cleaning. Two weeks later…. At this point I feel this product works when it wants to. I paid for the insurance but it's still under the manufacturer warranty so they won't exchange it at the store and I'm gonna have to send it in for repairs; this means…..no ice for me. This item is double the price of other brands and can not be added to your waterline. In my opinion it is not worth hassle. If you want something you can use every now and then maybe but for every day use a cheaper machine that needs to be replaced every other year may be a better option.
I love my nugget ice, the only little problem we have is the the hose to the tank gets kinked in the back…other wise I love it, just ordered a filter for it so I don't have to keep buying bottle water…
I purchased machine a couple weeks ago. For some reason I put a filter in it and it worked for a week. Then all of a sudden it would stop making ice and say “ Add Water”. Both tanks had water. Took filter out and started making ice again. I ordered new filter so I'm going to try it again.
