GIR Suction Lid 12.5in: Red

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are excellent for storing food at home--so easy to just plop right on top of a bowl or any kind of round container and stick it in the fridge, without needing to use any kind of disposable covering. I prefer these to stretch lids because I often find myself wrestling with the dish trying to secure it, but these are SO EASY to use. Just beware that they don't work if the rim of the dish is not smooth, since they use suction--and also remember they are not good for storing food on the go since it's just as easy to remove the lids as it is to put them on... And that you'll need to measure the diameter of the dishes you'd like to use them on to make sure these will cover them. I just wish there were some sizes in between the current sizes!

Really trying to commit to a less wasteful lifestyle, very happy to purchase this product to use on the stove and in my refrigerator. Looks beautiful and very well made!

My husband makes a lot of different doughs, so we picked these up to cut down on plastic wrap. They work great! They really create a good suction seal, they're good quality, and the colors are nice.

The lid works well, and we are using a lot less plastic wrap. Just wish that we get more in other sizes. I am on the waiting list for the sizes and color that I want.
