These pans and pots are very nice. Very slick but use butter or other oil (read directions - don't use olive oil apparently). They do not take abuse well from metal utensils and you can scratch them up over time - so use plastic utensils! They clean up very well. My favorite is the deep pan that is about 10". Good for all sorts of things - especially ground beef cooking. Never tried these in an over. Don't know if the handles would take the heat. Wonderful color and the handles are nice and don't get warm. Over time things will stick as the coating comes off, but for the price, this set has been worth the price, and I will probably buy another to replace these. Nice glass lids which have withstood many drops. I recommend replacing these every 3 years.

Love the set. I got it for the health benefits of it, but the non stick properties are great too. For the people saying after a year it doesn't last, their expectations for a $79 set are pretty unrealistic. I don't expect it to be the same as new after a year, but there are care instructions to keep it lasting for a long time. Very happy with my purchase

Great set! Non-stick and non-toxic. They look and feel great. Makes everything from cooking to cleaning much easier, as its non-stick surface works really well. Highly recommended, no complaints!

The pretty aqua color caught my eye in my local Wal-Mart. I stopped to take a look and I was intriqued by the non stick ceramic coating. I'm always looking to reduce fats in my cooking and to cook healthier, so I decided to take a chance on the small fry pan. It was a joy to cook in it and I went back a week later and I bought the larger fry pan. I have been using the 2 pans daily for almost a full 6 months now and they are still perfect. Not a chip anywhere and still just as nonstick as day 1. They are wonderful! I feel that the ceramic is a safe non stick solution and I'm very happy with the way they cook our foods. I forced myself to wait 6 months to be certain that the non stick on the ceramic was going to hold up before buying more pieces and I now feel confident that these will do just that, so I'm here to purchase the full set. I think that with proper care this set will last a long time. I found it easy to follow the care instructions because NOTHING sticks to the ceramic! I have cooked all kinds of sticky messy dishes and everything just wipes out with hot soapy water. My care of the pans per the directions: Warm the pan before adding food Use slightly lower temps for cooking Allow pan to cool before washing Use wooden or plastic utensils Hand wash with soft sponge
