I bought the product (4 packages with 2 underwear in each= total 8) for my grandson who is presently potty training. Apparently this is not what the product is for however that was not clear upon purchase. I saw them on clearance at 2 local CVS stores and thought it would be a great choice because they look like "big boy" underwear. I do not like the idea of "pull ups" because they are not designed to allow the child to realize that he is changing from baby "diapers" to "big boy" underwear! The pull ups have the same appearance with cartoon characters and tabs on the side as the diapers. Many mothers just take their child directly to unprotected regular underwear to potty train. I do not believe this is a good choice either so I thought the "Good Nights:" would be the better option. I was wrong as I purchased them and I now read online that they are for bedwetting and not for potty training. I believe they are misleading and I wanted to make others aware. The product was available for a 2 year old and that is why I thought they were for potty training. I couldn't find a place to email customer support so I have decided just to renew them online.Right now your only option is the "pull ups" that give the look and feel of "diapers" or going directly to real underwear.
My five year old has always wet the bed we tried diapers at night but they would just leak through every night. I don't have in house laundry so this was a real problem (I also have a baby). We switched to these and no more leaks!! I love them so much. My only issue is that our nearby stores do not sell the small size, only the large.
My son is 7 yrs 54 ins and 87 lbs, but although within weight range for XL underpants (that we bought 5 packs of) they are so tight on him they hurt and leave deep marks on him from the elastic/seams. Do you make a XXL? If not you should really start because you are missing out on a lot of sales. Great idea, but you need to make bigger sizes to meet the needs of more children in need of your product. thank you
My autistic child is 12 years old, and small for his age. He has no problem using the toilet to urinate. His major problem is being chronically constipated. He hated wearing the pull-up diapers, but regular underwear and his jeans were a constant mess. The TRUFIT product frees him from the worry of smelling bad, the worry of his pants being ruined, and the stress of having to try to explain his condition to his peers. I hope that at some point the product will be offered in larger sizes. I also see how this would be useful for adults as well. Please consider making these for teenagers, young adults, and adults. It will change the lives of many who have toileting issues.
Goodnites work as well as well or better than other "night time underwear". My 6 year old son was so happy to see the cloth outerwear which look like real underwear. He is much less embarrassed by his need for the protection at night. These are so helpful and a nice transition as he matures towards not needing them at all.
