This alarm worked right out of the box. Was purchased for a 6 year old girl who has never had a dry night in her life at the recommendation of her pediatrician. It started working right away and waking her up every time she wet the bed. Took less than 6 weeks to stop bedwetting and now, even after 4 months, she has not ever wet the bed. Amazing product.
I have had this product for 5 days, and the clip is broken, the package was slightly damaged when I got it so maybe it's that but the nubs that keep the clip on the monitor the clips to clothes are tiny and the clip falls off and when it does it takes the tiny little nub with it thus breaking the thing on night 1. If ur kid sleeps perfectly still at night you'll be ok but otherwise it won't stay on and will likely break very soon. Also the thing goes off randomly, like 3-4 times a night without a single drop of an accident. So if the plan is keep the kid awake to avoid accidents then it's perfect, otherwise choose a better monitor for your sanity and theirs.
Solved my child's bedwetting problem in under a month. Good product at a great price
