Gotham Steel - 4 qt. Analog Air Fryer - Black/Copper

I saw the commercial but couldn't believe it. Now I do. I made french fries that came out perfectly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. I made corn on the cob that tasted like it came right from the grill! Then my big test, corn beef brisket, and it came out juicy and the flavor all the way through! I did deduct a star because it really is a pain to have to turn each of the fries over. Would definitely recommend this. Would be a great gift.

The Gotham Steel Electric Air Fryer is the best invention since sliced bread! Its literally plug it in, fill the basket, set the time and off it goes. No more pouring oil, worrying about the spatter, the smoke, the fear of grease burns. I love that everything is cooked evenly, you just pour it out onto a platter and once it cools, you're eating! No more going pre serving scan to check if this is still cold or if that's burned beyond eating. It takes very little to no oil so you're eating healthier even if you aren't meaning to and the crisp is exactly what it would be had you fried it in oil. Cleanup is a breeze as well. Just wait for it to cool, place the basket in the dishwasher and done! Or, seeing how it has the non stick coating, just run it under hot tap water and wipe it down with a little dish soap on a dish cloth, easy! Everything we had tried in it, to our delight, has been very good. We tend to be a little piggy so the size is a bit of a blah, but as quick as it cooks, its hasn't been a problem at all. Football games and sleep overs are the big work days but so far, it hasn't failed us once. I cannot recommend the Gotham Steel Electric Air Fryer any more, its honestly the best!!

If you are looking for a healthier way to eat fried foods without giving them up then this is the right appliance to get. It creates crispy fried goodness with less fat, less grease, less cholesterol, and less calories by allowing you to use little or no oil. It is simply a healthier way to enjoy food. The interior is made with non stick coating. It has a timer with adjustable temperature control from 175 degrees to 400 degrees. The reason foods come out so crispy is because of the triple cooking power which are Halogen (directly heats) Convection ( circulates air to speed cooking) and Infrared Heat (Cooks food from the inside out.) It comes with an instruction booklet with suggested cooking times for many food items. So far I have done onion rings, fries, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, and I even went on line and watched someone do fried chicken. I have not tried it yet, but from watching their video the chicken looked amazing and I will be trying that next. You just can't go wrong with the Gotham Steel Air Fryer. I would highly recommend it.

I am really amazed by this new technology! Being an expectant mother and an role model to my children I strive for us to eat healthier more and more everyday. Now fried food was rarely on the list to cook due to high cholesterol in our generation. Plus you have to use so much grease but this Gotham Air Fryer made healthy southern food a comeback. When I took it out the box the design of the fryer had already caught my attention. Not too big, not too small. It took just enough counter space. I put chicken tenders my first try and it came out delicious and you can't taste that no oil was used. I did use olive oil spray but nothing more. I love this air fryer. However, I must admit when I first heard about this I laughed and thought "How does it fry with no grease?" but I gave it a try and I'm still in awe. It cooks chicken, pork chops, steak etc. I've been reading the booklet that came in the box and it gives you tempertures and minutes to whatever you want to cook. I can't wait to start experimenting more!

The Gotham Steel Electric Air Fryer came with an instructional booklet and a non-stick coated air fryer basket. No assembly was required, and the instructional booklet is easy to read. I really like how this air fryer has a timer built into it. The air fryer basket is removable and can be washed for cleaning. This air fryer measures about 10 inches wide and about 11 inches tall. The first dish I made with this air fryer was potato fries from a fresh potato. The directions are easy to follow. Once the potato was cut, I placed them into the fryer basket with half tablespoon of vegetable oil. I turned the fries once during the cooking process. It took about 25 minuets to complete the cooking process. I did add some salt and served the fries to the family. I loved how the fries were not oily. All of the fires were cooked thoroughly and most of them came out crispy. There were only a handful that were not crispy. I also appreciate that the cleaning process of the air fryer basket was so simple. Overall, the Gotham Steel Electric Air Fryer is a great cooking appliance especially for those that are thinking of healthy eating.
