Stand is functional but does not hold its settings. Will change its settings with some pressure. OK for occasional non professional or personal use and priced right but not strong enough for regular use if you are in a group or are a professional musician.
Built very well and easy to adjust. One possible negative, lowest adjustment point is a little high when sitting in a kitchen height tpe chair.
