The phone was for my grandmother and from the commercial it looked much bigger. It was only the size of a regular flip phone. Some of the features are nice, but the reason for buying it was that it was suppose to be larger then a regular cell phone.
It does just what I want it to do. For a 93yr old lady. Simple with keys she can see.
I bought this as a present for my husband who has been frustrated by the cheap phones he has been getting. This phone is perfect for him and the service has been good. Easy to initiate the service just took about half hour on the phone. Sooooo worth it. FYI. He is very much vision and hearing impaired and is very happy with his jitterbug.
I was completely satisfied with the price and the pickup at the store was fast. The phone was packed securely and work well as soon as I got it updated by Greatcall.
Like it's simplicity for the elderly. Cost is too high for what you get plus a $35 activation fee. Most retirees live on a limited fixed income. Same phone with same features should be around $35. Bill
