Haier HWR10XC6 - Air conditioner - window mounted - white

I had ordered the same size product by a different manufacturer from Wal Mart which arrived site to store damaged. I returned it and got a store credit which I promptly used to order this unit. Site to store was great, it arrived well ahead of the earliest estimated date. This unit is slightly louder than I expected, but nothing real bad, it doesn't interfere with watching tv or anything. It cools fast, I have it in a room that is at the maximum recommended sq footage for a unit this size and it can drop the temperature by about a degree per minute. The unit I received came with a few more features than the Wal Mart website advertised, 3 speed fan control instead of 2, and in addition to cool and fan only cooling settings my unit had the energy saver and dehumidifier features also. Other than it being just a tad noisy and it having some very minor cosmetic damage to a couple of the louver fins on one side this is a great product that I would highly recommend.

I bought this product to cool off my up stairs room's does a great job.The only one thing bad about this is that it's very loud. If you want great power and you really wanna cool things off then I would buy this product.

This A/C unit is a powerhouse. Does a great job cooling down a large area quickly and keeping it cool even with a lot of people around, appliances on, etc. That said, it is a bit loud, not enough to keep you up at night, but you'll have to turn up the volume on the t.v. if it's in the same room. Bottom line...workhorse.

We just recieved this unit and are extremely impressed!! It has cooled our room, 450 square foot or so, by 5 degrees in 10 minutes. It is no louder than the box fan we have. I plan on buying another one to put in my daughter's room. It was easy to install and just plugs into the wall. I am very satisfied.

Have had this a week, and this weekend 97 degree weather is due, what timing! Just installed it, and very happy. It is a little noisier than I thought it would be, but the 10k really rocks, and keeps a most of the house cool so far, in a 1,000 sq ft home.
