[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This big flex building pre-treatment is fantastic! It has a pleasant scent and it works well. My hair is thick and dry, and I noticed a difference in the appearance of my hair after the first application. It had a gentler feel to it and my hair appeared to be healthier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I have thin straight hair so I cannot say how this will work for others, but what I can do is say how it worked for my hair. About my hair as I had mentioned it thin, straight, and has been dyed for the past 20 years, so it is not the healthiest. It tends to feel very dry and times and breaks easily especially since contracting covid. This product was simple to use which was nice as I feel like I'm always busy and don't have time. I have used it for two weeks now and what I have noticed is that my hair feels softer and the frizzy baby hairs as I call them that like to stand up around my part? They seem to be under control. My hair just looks smoother if that makes any sense. That's without me even trying which is great! So I'd definitely recommend for someone with my hair type like I said before I can't speak for others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product makes my hair feel super soft but I haven't really noticed any difference in the condition of my hair. But I will keep using and hopefully will notice a difference eventually. The smell of the product is nice and it applies easy.

My only complaint is that I have pretty long hair and this was really only enough for about one use. However, for the price I think that is reasonable.

When I first put it on, I noticed that my hair didn't feel any different. So after proceeding to wash and condition it, it didn't change anything either. I tried it again a week later and same thing. No results. My hair didn't feel smoother or stronger. The smell and texture is ok though.
