That being said I've use several hair care products that meet those expectations and are much better! I never could get the conditioner pump to open and it got real nasty in my shower. No other products (and trust me I have way too many bottles) get like this. Also I felt it dried out my scalp. My hair didn't change, it's healthy as is, but my scalp was dry.

Also gives a little bit of shine and volume It has a nice scent nothing overpowering I appreciate the big bottle and the pump!

However, I found that it wasn't very hydrating as it claims. I also experienced an increase in shedding when using this shampoo. It's okay but it's honestly not great.
