Good, effective
Im disappointed Couldn't believe it wouldn't squirt when I got it
I bought this to relieve my scalp from tape in hair extension irritation. It really soothed the scalp and kept me from itching at night.
The product does work, but I agree with all the reviews that the pump is actual garbage. While it's hard to find decent haircare at a reasonable price, especially at a drugstore, you still expect the packaging to be functional at the very least. It's pretty to look at, but I had to dump it into a different spray bottle. I was going to message their customer service to see if I could just get a new pump but they don't have that option on their website, nor do they have a functional FAQ. If you're going to buy this, make sure you buy another type of spray bottle/nozzle for when it inevitability breaks after 2 pumps.
Purchased as pick up item, NOT shipping. The bottle is covered in tacky stuff and when I opened the lid it was pseudo glued shut with gummy substance I'm guessing was leaked product gone dry. Tired of having to go back and in the store to return things that never should've been pulled.
