Bedford 5531-12 Entertainment Stand

I'm very pleased with this piece of furniture. It shipped quickly and there was no shipping damage, as many others reported. Almost everything went together smoothly. Only issues were: the support leg underneath made it wobble and it didn't stay on when I slid the furniture anyway, and one door is a little crooked (I'll probably be able to adjust the hinge myself). It's pretty and feels solid. I don't have any rambunctuous pets or kids to challenge it but i'm clumsy enough, so we'll see if it stands the test of time!

The first one I ordered was damaged. We had to have a friend help us haul it back to the store since we don't have a truck. I reordered. The second one came damaged also. We have to have a friend help us haul it back to the store. It weighs over 100 pounds. I don't think I will reorder.

i was very disappointed with this product. it was described as wood with veneers - however the only wood it could possibly have would be in the chips that made up the "fake" wood. looked cheap! very disappointed. on the positive side... walmart returned it at the store with no questions asked.

It arrived without directions. The doors were not cut even. My husband can usually fix things to make them work but this was made so terrible there was no way to make it work! We had a hard time returning it to our local store. I definitely would not buy this product. Cheap looking piece of furniture.

It's not too hard to assemble. It took me about 3 hours to put all pieces together. Once the work is done, the stand is very sturdy and looks very nice. The central layers are wide enough to put in my Onkyo center speaker and receiver. But the side cabins are NOT wide enough to put in a standard sized receiver or DVD player. I had to put the center speaker on top of my DVD. Overall, it's nice and definately worth the money.
