Works great. I enjoy adjusting it to my lower back and letting it vibrate and massage there. The heat function works very well.

I read the reviews and was skeptical at first. I figured I would try this item and could return if needed. This is the BEST massager I have ever owned. I carry my tension in the tops of my shoulders. I used to make my husband use a rolling pin to apply enough pressure to release it. Now I am able to move this massager across the top and adjust pressure to just the right location to work out the knots. Meaning i turn it sideways so one of the massaging lump things is on tomorrow of my shoulder. Placement is key. You may need to shift around till you get it just right but it works great. I use this at least once a day if not more.

Picked this up last week. Very uncomfortable. A heating pad works as well for me.

I have severe Spodylosis in my neck and had high hopes for relief. It hurt my neck. The two small arms that vibrate should be adjustable (slide in and out), and the intensity of the speed should have more control. I gave it to my daughter and she uses it on her knees. I don't recommend it for your neck.

I had been experiencing some minor neck when I bought this, which after a week turned it into major neck pain. After about a month I had to go to my chiropractor to get readjusted. Everyone who I let use this, has reported pain in their neck after or headaches. Seems too rough, which is a lot for me because I can take a lot of pressure.
