Perfect size for spare bedrooms. Cools a spare bedroom down and can notice a difference. Nice that it's on wheels. And osolating feature is internal so you don't have to worry about cooler moving around. Flashing light for when water is low so you have to watch for or you'll burn up the pump. Even just fan is nice. Wish the panel in back to put water in was a little bigger but it works. On medium cool setting will run for about 7 to 8 hours. I would definitely recommend buying!

I prefer this to an air conditioner because I don't like refrigerated air. This is louder and you need to not let the water get stale. During the heat wave I turned it on in my bedroom a few hours before bedtime, then my room was nice and cool at bedtime and I turned it off to sleep. I also use just the fan sometimes.

I bought this for my son's room and I must say it cools his room wonderfully!! We change/add cold water every day to the bottom and add ice as well and it works GREAT!!! What really works for us too is freezing cups or a big bowl of ice to put at the bottom compartment because it lasts longer than the little cubes. I figured with enough ice the longer the coolness! In all it gets the job done for my family. I don't not regret buying this product!

it is doing a good job considering it is a cooler not a air conditioner.... the only issue we have with it is the water level marker is not working properly but easy to look in and see the level of water in the back of the unit ...so not enough issue to turn us against it...we could take it back to get another one but this one is working so good other wise not worth all that hassle....

I live in NYC . I looked through all of the reviews before buying to make sure I was getting the best for my money. With a baby on the way , things are tight. This product provides air cooling and cleansing . It works best with the windows open and the curtains closed as to not draw in too much sunlight. Adding ice to the water as suggested gives you a slight advantage but it truly is simply a rotating fan.
