Hoshizaki H9655-11 Filter

This coat is wonderful! My son loves it. We ordered the Large-Tall and it fits perfectly. Provides nice coverage on those cold winter days and it is lightweight, yet very warm. My son loves this coat so much that he prefers wearing it even when the weather isn't quite as cold!!

I'm 6'3" and about 200 lbs and have worn my large tall in temperatures ranging from about 15 to 45F, sometimes in a moderate wind. No problem save a bit of overheating at the higher temp. The overall fit is good, with room for a bulky sweater under the jacket, but the jacket is not overly long. The hood has an elastic rim, but no means to adjust it. I wonder if walking directly into a stiff wind might cause it pop off -- I wore the hood over a stocking cap when in a cold wind. So far this seems like a pretty good jacket. The pockets could be a bit bigger/deeper (it would be hard to stuff in large heavy gloves and wool hat) and I am unwilling to try cramming the coat into the left pocket, which is supposed to be a storage space. I'll get a small stuff sack for storing/travelling.

Great comfort and warmth but doesn't get overly warm. Breathes well and looks great for most occasions short of formal. Just used in 20 degree temps and it performed really well with a few layers underneath!

Quality is unparalleled, warmth is as advertised, and the 650/800 fill delivers in the bitter cold storms. Recently, for our twins, I purchased this jacket. A more stylish look than the puffy down a few years ago, this jacket is equally warm. When the other twin's jacket was out of stock, the price was honored once it came in. How can one twin have one and the other not? Thank you for your policies and we are so glad our Chinese immigrant mom used to work for you decades ago!!!

Winters in Idaho are cold. I was hoping for a coat that would keep me nice and toasty without layering. At about 10F, the cold was starting to become apparent. From how it was described, I expected it to be much warmer. Besides that, it is very packable (light weight), and the hood is awesome. I ended up returning it.
