I purchased my IPAQ-910 in 2008. It was a big disappointment considering the high price. The audio level was too low and it was mostly impossible to use except in a very quiet environment. In 2009 I tried to do a firmware update, using the procedure outlines on the HP web site. In doing so the phone locked up and has been unusable ever since. It is not clear to me that HP has any service center that fix my phone.

I have had this phone almost 2 years and I can honestly say I will never get another phone, if you want all business only no apps and such like ipods you will love this phone. There are apps available at handango for this phone and they are real good. Only thing I do not like is you do not have a external drop in charger for the batteries, so you can charge spare batteries. It tends to go through battery quick depends on usage. It is a mini computer for all your business needs

While Win Mobile's issues (why the heck doesn't the exit button actually close the app?) hurt this device, HP has certainly done an amazing job to make a well designed device. This is the first WinMo device that I can operate with a single hand in most cases. Performance is great though, thanks to the blasted exit-no-exit issue, apps can slow down until I go to the Task Manager to kill some useless apps.

Like the iPAQ 69xx I had before - the exposed key pad, despite key lock feature I sometimes forget to set, continues to present problems when putting the unit into your pocket or on your desk. Unintended key presses cause the unit to perform actions accidentally. I am not impressed with the built in camera. The long delay between clicking the shutter button and the actual image capture is still too long to get anything but a staged photo. I do like the Windows like operating system and access to internet and email. The stylus seems to be better packaged than the 6900 series iPAQ had. Unable to find a holster in any retail outlets.

I have used a ipaq 6945 for a while now and loved it but it didnt have internet sharing and you couldnt update the OS.The 910 has been a real disapiontment it lockes up often. The download speed is slower than the 6945.THE screen is so small the stlyus cant even hit your target .It has the worst reception of any phone i ever had.there are know adapters to fit the usb for music out put. The sound level is poor and you cant count on the alarm. The only feature I do like is the keyboard .
