Essential Elements Collagen peptides is a great product. I have used other collagen powders in the past and they did not mix/dissolve as well in liquid as Essential Elements does. I add this powder to my morning coffee. It mixes very easily and is indeed tasteless. The powder comes with a scoop. This is great addition to your daily routine for better health. I started incorporating collagen in my diet when I started losing more hair than usual due to my low carb diet. My hair loss was already leveling out when I started using this collagen, and I will say I haven't noticed much change in my hair since starting it. That's true of all the collagens I've tried in the past, however. What I have noticed though, is the fast growth in my nails. I've also gotten some serious upset stomachs with other collagens, and I'm happy to report that this one doesn't affect my stomach in a negative way at all. The packaging is an eye catcher, it came with its own scoop (some others don't), there's no weird smell or taste, and it has a heavy duty seal. I've had trouble re-sealing other collagen packages due to the powder getting into the grooves. I also love that it dissolves quickly on its own in my hot coffee. I typically use a frother to mix my collagen into my coffee, but sometimes I don't even feel the need to use it because it dissolves so quickly. If you're looking for a collagen boost, this would be a good option.

I recently received Essential elements Collagen Peptides Powder. I have been using this for less than two weeks. I do not think that is enough time yet to determine whether it is having the effect as stated as most supplements usually take some time to have noticeable results. That being said, it certainly could not hurt to give it the time to work as science does show that collagen peptides and amino acids are essential for the body. I am hoping that in the long run this powder will work on an aging body that is definitely showing the signs of time. It is easy to use and does not have any taste. It seems to dissolve much easier when adding to warm/hot beverages than when adding it to something cold.
