Fairly disappointing, the functionality of the controls is not idea and difficult to adjust once it's on , also the placement of the controls is uncomfortable if you are larger than a 36 waist. Battery seems to be ok , heat is not constant it turns on and off which seems weird , the massage function works ok but isn't great , works better if you are laying on a pillow to push the massagers towards your back more .

This is the most used recovery product in my house. I have the hypersphere, mini hypersphere, Hypervolt and Vyper. This device is used everyday for 20-40min per day throughout. This is the third one I have bought. The last one I had lasted for 3 years with that amount of use

I love hyper ice pro products but the venom back did not meet my expectations as the massage was more of a vibration and not intense at all. The heat is very nice though
